This new beach house replaced a home that was destroyed by super storm Sandy. Due to state environmental regulations relating to being on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean, the pool needed to be located on the front side of the house. The plunge pool was placed in a cutout of the home and dining was located along the side of the house with a pergola for shade and enclosure.
